Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes online booking?
The booking form with a date and time picker and request management are in Professional (699.99 TL/month). The full tracking system with per-person calendars, rules, a waitlist, WhatsApp alerts and reminders is in Premium. On the free Starter plan you collect requests with contact and call-back forms.
Are messages sent to customers automatically?
Reminder and confirmation messages are off by default; once you turn them on they go by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail. You decide which message goes out and when.
Can two bookings land on the same slot?
No. The calendar only shows times when at least one person is working and free; a taken slot can't be chosen.
Can I invoice from an appointment?
Yes. Pre-accounting is included in Professional and above; you open an invoice and payment record from the customer on the appointment card.
Does it suit clinics?
