- Give your client your email: Your client enters your email on the My accountant screen in Settings and picks a pack day.
- Receive the pack every month: On that day a secure link with last month's documents arrives in your inbox.
- Get invited with a role if needed: If you need to post records too, your client adds you as a user with the accountant role.

The document pack and accountant role are switched on in your client's Heyşirket pre-accounting; the client needs Professional or above. Heyşirket doesn't keep statutory books, and freelance receipts (e-SMM) can't be issued today.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to receive the document pack?
No. Once your client saves your email on the My accountant screen and turns the pack on, a secure link reaches your inbox every month. It holds Excel-friendly lists and PDFs of sales invoices, incoming invoices and expenses; you don't need to sign in to the firm.
Which day and period does the pack cover?
Your client picks a day between the 1st and the 28th; on that day the pack goes out with the previous month's documents. The same period isn't sent twice automatically, and the client can also send it by hand.
Can I change my client's records?
If your client adds you as a user with the accountant role, you can post to customer cards, invoices, expenses and collections and download reports as CSV. Users, settings, integrations and bank account settings stay closed to this role.
Is my firm's website paid?
No, the website opens on the free Starter plan with no time limit, with a small Heyşirket credit in the footer. For a site without the credit, the page builder and detailed analytics, Professional is 699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year, VAT included.
Are there advertising rules for accountants' websites?
Yes. Turkish professional rules ban accountants from advertising to win work. Keep your site informative about your services, team and contact details, and check the current rules of your chamber and TÜRMOB.
What is the accountant partner programme?
It's a programme for accountants who recommend Heyşirket to their clients. Application and terms are on the accountant programme page; once approved, you open the partner panel without an account through an email link. The panel only shows the name and status of firms you referred and gives no access to their data.
