The workflow with Heyşirket

1. Connect your channel: Connect your Trendyol store or your WooCommerce or Shopify site directly. For your own platform or another marketplace, send orders and payouts through the Senkron API.
2. Link the invoice to the order: Issue the e-Arşiv invoice for individual customers from Heyşirket, or link an invoice issued in your own system to the order via the Senkron API; the invoice and shipment tracking sit side by side on the order screen. If an order is returned, you can cancel its e-Arşiv invoice through the API when needed.
3. Match the payout: Payouts are pulled regularly from Trendyol's account statement; invoices for the orders inside are marked as paid, commission and shipping deductions are offset, and returns are reversed.
4. See the profit on each order: Every order shows the sale amount, KDV (VAT), product cost, commission, shipping, service fee and withholding tax on separate lines; anything the channel doesn't report is estimated from your channel settings and marked "estimated".

Which marketplaces and platforms connect directly?

Trendyol, WooCommerce and Shopify connect directly. For other marketplaces and your own platform, you can send order, product and payout data through the Senkron API. Commission settings for order profitability are also ready for Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama, idefix, PttAVM, Teknosa, Koçtaş, Boyner, Morhipo and TikTok Shop.

How are Trendyol payouts matched with my invoices?

Once you save your payout settings, Heyşirket regularly pulls payment records from your Trendyol account statement. Each order line in a payout is linked to its invoice and the invoice is marked as paid; commission, shipping and withholding deductions are offset and returns are reversed. You can backfill past periods too.

How is order profit calculated?

VAT, product cost, marketplace commission, shipping, service fee, payment commission, operating costs and withholding tax are deducted from the sale amount. Deductions reported by the channel are used as-is; anything not reported is estimated from your channel settings and marked "estimated" on screen.

Which e-document provider issues my invoices?

Heyşirket works with Trendyol E-Faturam for e-Fatura and e-Arşiv. e-document credits are separate from your subscription and priced by the provider.
