How do I take a deposit or payment?
Issue the invoice in pre-accounting and, if you've connected your own iyzico account, send the guest the "Pay by card" link by email, WhatsApp or SMS. Payment uses 3-D Secure and is recorded on the invoice automatically. The link works for TL invoices only.
Does it sync with my rooms on booking platforms?
No. Heyşirket has no connection to channel managers or booking platforms; you update room details and prices on your site separately.
Which plan do I need?
Rooms and the stay request form are in Professional: 699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year, VAT included. The multilingual site is in Premium. On the free Starter plan you can begin with a website, contact form and FAQs.
Can I have an English site for foreign guests?
Yes, the multilingual site is in Premium: you create language versions of your pages and show a language switcher. Hreflang tags are added for the language versions.
