You serve the food, month-end invoicing takes care of itself.
For businesses in Türkiye that serve lunch to nearby companies and send each one a single invoice at month-end: see what every company owes, which bank transfer settled which invoice, and every receipt that came into the kitchen, all in one place.
Common problems in this business
- The month-end invoicing marathon: On the last day of every month, invoices go out to dozens of companies one by one, and you have to check separately which ones are registered for e-Fatura and which get an e-Arşiv invoice.
- Transfers arrive without a reference: Companies pay on different days, sometimes lumping several months together. Going through the bank statement to work out which transfer settled which invoice takes hours.
- The "our records say otherwise" argument: The client's accounting team sees a different balance than you do. Preparing a statement and asking them to confirm it is a job in itself.
- Kitchen receipts go missing: Receipts from the butcher, greengrocer, bakery and wholesaler pile up under the counter, and your accountant gets an incomplete set at month-end.
The workflow with Heyşirket
- Set up your client companies once: Add the companies you cater for as customer accounts with their tax number, payment terms and credit limit. Bring over your list from your old software (Paraşüt, Logo, Mikro or Excel) with the import wizard.
- Issue invoices at month-end: Send each company its meal invoice for the month. Heyşirket checks the tax number to see whether the company is registered for e-Fatura, so you don't have to pick the document type yourself.
- Match transfers with your bank statement: Upload your bank's Excel/CSV statement. Incoming transfers are matched to open invoices by the tax number, company name, invoice number and amount in the description, and you confirm with one click.
- A card payment link for late payers: You get a summary of overdue invoices and can send a payment reminder to a late company with one click. If you've connected your own iyzico account, they can settle up right away with the "Pay by card" button in the email.
- Track kitchen costs and price hikes: Log what you buy on receipts as expenses; if the AI feature is enabled on your account, a draft is created from a photo of the receipt. Invoices from suppliers who use e-Fatura are read line by line, and you're notified when an item costs more than on your last purchase.
Features
- e-Fatura and e-Arşiv: The right document type via a registered-taxpayer lookup; cancel an e-Arşiv invoice through the API when needed.
- Account statements and credit limits: Each company's invoices, payments and balance in one statement, with the available credit shown.
- Transfer matching with bank statements: Statements from Ziraat, İş Bankası, Garanti BBVA, Akbank, Yapı Kredi, QNB, Halkbank, VakıfBank and Enpara are recognized automatically.
- Card payment link: Through your own iyzico account; once paid, the payment is recorded on the invoice automatically.
- Account reconciliation: Generate a monthly reconciliation list and email it to the other company; they reply with one click.
- Expenses from receipts: An expense draft from a photo of the receipt (once the AI feature is enabled on your account).
- Supplier price alerts: Line items on supplier e-invoices are read; you're alerted when the unit price of meat, oil or vegetables rises past your threshold compared with your last purchase, and a weekly price report arrives every Monday.
- Customer risk flag: Flags companies that pay late or whose payment habits slip as Low/Medium/High risk, with the reasons; it warns you when invoicing but never blocks you.
What a month looks like
- Throughout the month — Kitchen purchases get recorded: Butcher, greengrocer and wholesaler receipts are logged as expenses, from your phone too. No hunting for paperwork at month-end.
- Every Monday — Weekly price report: The biggest price increases, the discounts and the suppliers offering better prices on items you buy via e-Fatura, in a single email.
- Last business day of the month — Meal invoices go out: Each company gets its invoice for the month. e-Fatura is chosen automatically for registered companies and e-Arşiv for everyone else.
- First weeks of the next month — Transfers get matched: Upload your bank statement once a week; invoices for companies that paid are closed, and those that haven't stay on the list.
- Once the due date passes — Reminder and payment link: You get a summary of overdue invoices, send a reminder to a late company with one click, and can share the payment link over WhatsApp if you like.
- Filing period — The tax calendar reminds you: KDV (VAT) and withholding tax deadlines show up alongside an estimated VAT figure calculated from your invoices, and you send the period summary to your accountant.
Heyşirket doesn't handle order tickets, tables or POS (cash register) management; it manages the invoices you issue to companies, your collections and your expenses.
Frequently asked questions
I invoice the same companies every month. Does Heyşirket make that easier?
You set up each company once as a customer account with its tax number, payment terms and credit limit. When you pick the company on an invoice, its details fill in and a registered-taxpayer lookup decides the document type (e-Fatura or e-Arşiv). Invoices are currently issued one at a time; there's no bulk monthly invoicing automation.
How do I match companies' bank transfers?
Download the Excel/CSV statement from your bank and upload it to Heyşirket. Incoming transfers are matched to open invoices by the tax number, company name, invoice number and amount in the description. A single transfer covering several invoices is applied starting from the oldest. There's no live bank connection (open banking) yet.
Can I record receipts with my phone?
Yes. You can enter expenses from your phone too. Once the AI receipt-to-expense feature is enabled on your account, a draft expense with the amount, date and vendor is prepared from a photo of the receipt; you check it and save.
Can I switch from Paraşüt, and what happens to my old invoices?
You can bring over your customers, products, open balances and past invoices with the Excel/CSV import wizard, which recognizes Paraşüt, Logo and Mikro file layouts. No payment reminders are sent to customers for imported invoices, and you can close out old open balances you no longer track in one go with the Balance carry-over wizard.
How do I spot supplier price increases?
If your supplier sends you e-invoices, Heyşirket reads the line items and compares the unit price (per kilo, liter or piece) with your last purchase from the same supplier. If the increase passes the threshold you choose (3%, 5% or 10%), you get a notification. This comparison isn't done for purchases made with receipts or paper invoices.
Can I track payments made with meal cards?
There's no direct integration with meal card companies. You can record the payout from the meal card company as a collection from your bank statement and enter the commission they deduct as an expense.
