Why it matters

How it works

  1. Prepare the quote: Pick the customer, add products or one-off lines, and enter quantity, unit price, discount and VAT rate.
  2. Set validity and terms: Choose the issue and validity dates and write payment or delivery terms in the notes field.
  3. Send it: E-mail the PDF or share the link to the customer quote page; the QR code on the PDF opens the same page.
  4. Get the yes, invoice it: When the customer approves you get an e-mail and a phone notification; open an invoice draft from the quote and issue it.

In your company panel

Quotes are prepared in Turkish lira for now. Issuing e-Fatura and e-Arşiv invoices from a quote needs an e-document provider connection; credits are billed separately from your plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes quotes?

Quotes are part of the pre-accounting module. Pre-accounting is included in Professional (699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year), Premium and Custom, with no separate subscription. It is locked on the free Starter plan.

Does my customer need an account to approve?

No. Your customer opens the quote page from the e-mail button or the QR code on the PDF and clicks "Approve quote". No login or sign-up is needed, and only people with the link can see the page.

How do I know the customer approved?

Company owners get an e-mail and a phone notification, and a notice appears in the panel. From there you can open the quote and create an invoice draft in one click.

What if the customer said yes on the phone?

Use "Approve on behalf of customer" in the quote detail and add a note if you like. The quote becomes approved and no e-mail or notification goes to the customer.

Can I invoice a quote that isn't approved?

Yes. You can open an invoice draft from any quote that isn't cancelled, since the approval may have come another way. Check the draft and issue it as an e-Fatura or e-Arşiv invoice.

What happens when a quote expires?

A quote past its validity date shows as expired and the customer can no longer approve it. The quote page asks them to contact you for an updated quote.
