How it works

1. Connect your domain: First connect your own domain to your company panel; one domain is included on the free plan.
2. Open the setup wizard: The panel reads the current e-mail setup on your domain and suggests the right path.
3. Create your address: Enter an address like info@, a display name and a signature, and choose the default address.
4. Start using it: New mail lands in the panel and you get a notification; you reply from the same screen.

In your company panel

• Addresses on your domain: 1 on Starter, 5 on Professional, unlimited on Premium and Custom.
• Inbox in the panel: Inbox, sent, drafts, archive, spam and trash folders, stars and search.
• Reply, reply all, forward: Conversations are grouped by subject; send and receive attachments.
• Signature and display name: Set a separate display name and signature for each address.
• Sent in your website's design: Outgoing mail uses your website's logo and colours.
• Spam and blocking: Suspicious mail goes to spam, and you can block unwanted senders.
• Works with your current e-mail: If your domain already has working e-mail, it stays as it is; a copy of incoming mail is forwarded to the panel.
• Your own sending account (Professional): Send website e-mails from your own sending account and domain without limits.

The mailbox is used from the company panel; connecting it to the mail app on your phone (IMAP) is not available yet. Daily sending and storage limits depend on your plan.

Frequently asked questions

Is business e-mail free?

Yes, on the free Starter plan you open one address on your own domain. Professional (699.99 TL/month) includes 5 addresses, Premium and Custom include unlimited addresses. You renew the domain itself with the company you bought it from.

Can I open an address without a domain?

No. A business address uses your own domain. You connect the domain first on the Domains screen of your company panel, then move on to e-mail setup.

Will my current e-mail break?

No. If your domain already has a working e-mail service, the panel does not change its MX records; it suggests forwarding a copy of incoming mail to the panel. Pointing MX to us is only possible with your explicit confirmation.

How many e-mails can I send per day?

Daily sending from the mailbox is 50 on Starter, 300 on Professional and 1,000 on Premium. Mailbox size is 250 MB on Starter, 2 GB on Professional and 5 GB on Premium.

Can I send attachments?

Yes. You can attach up to 10 MB in total and at most 10 files per e-mail, and send to up to 20 recipients. Risky file types such as executables are blocked for safety.

What happens to deleted e-mails?

Deleted e-mails go to the trash and are permanently removed after 30 days. The spam folder is also cleared after 30 days.
