Why it matters

How it works

1. Give products a SKU: Hepsiburada identifies products by merchant SKU; the SKU in your panel must match the one on Hepsiburada.
2. Enter your integration details: In Store › Marketplaces, save your Merchant ID, integration username and password, then press Test connection.
3. Sync in test mode: In Test (not sent) mode press Sync now and check the quantities and prices in the send log.
4. Go live: Switch to Live; stock, prices and orders sync at regular intervals, and Fetch orders pulls them right away.

In your company panel

• Stock and price uploads (Professional): Stock and prices go to Hepsiburada as separate uploads, in batches.
• Order import (Professional): Hepsiburada orders become store orders, their statuses are mapped and stock goes down.
• Sandbox and test mode (Professional): Connect to Hepsiburada's test environment, or see the result without sending anything.
• Product listing (Professional): Choose a Hepsiburada category, map its attributes and send the product through the catalogue.
• Channel buffer (Professional): A safety margin is held back from the quantity sent to Hepsiburada; send 0 to pause sales.
• Channel price (Professional): A Hepsiburada price list or smart pricing from cost and commission; loss-making prices are not sent.
• e-Invoice draft from the order (Professional): Issue the order's invoice as an e-Fatura or e-Arşiv in pre-accounting.

Hepsiburada payouts are not pulled into pre-accounting automatically yet (automatic payout matching is currently available for Trendyol). You record Hepsiburada payments by importing bank transactions or entering them as collections.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes the Hepsiburada integration?

The store and marketplace connections are in Professional (699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year, VAT included). Pre-accounting is included in the same plan. The free Starter plan has no store.

What details does Hepsiburada need?

Your Merchant ID, integration username and integration password. You get them from your Hepsiburada seller panel; the panel stores them encrypted and never shows them again after saving.

How are products matched?

Hepsiburada uses the merchant SKU. The panel first uses any match you set by hand, otherwise the product's SKU. For products with variants, each variant matches by its own SKU.

Does a Hepsiburada order reduce stock on my website?

Yes. When the order is imported, stock for tracked products goes down and never below zero. In test mode the order is only recorded; it is not imported into the store and does not touch stock.

Can I track Hepsiburada payouts?

Automatic payout import and invoice matching is currently available only for Trendyol. For Hepsiburada you record the payment in pre-accounting by importing bank transactions from Excel or CSV and matching them, or by entering a collection.
