How it works

1. Add barcodes to products: Trendyol matches products by barcode; products without one are not sent, and you can override the match by hand.
2. Save your credentials: In Store › Marketplaces, enter your Trendyol seller ID, API key and API secret, then press Test connection.
3. Check in test mode: Switch the channel to Test (not sent) and press Sync now; the send log shows the stock and prices that would go out.
4. Go live: When everything looks right, switch to Live; stock, prices and orders sync at regular intervals.

In your company panel

• Stock and price updates (Professional): Sellable quantity and channel price go to Trendyol in one request; only changed products are sent.
• Three channel modes (Professional): Off, Test and Live, plus an option to use Trendyol's sandbox environment.
• Order import (Professional): Trendyol orders become store orders and reduce stock; orders still awaiting payment are skipped.
• Channel buffer and pause (Professional): Hold back a safety margin from the quantity sent to Trendyol, or stop sales there by sending 0.
• Smart pricing and rounding (Professional): Channel price from cost, target margin, commission and shipping, with rounding such as …,90 or …,99.
• Product listing (Professional): Search Trendyol categories, map attributes, and create or update listings from the panel.
• Send log and retries (Professional): Every send shows its result; temporary errors are retried, and you can resend the rest in one click.
• Payout matching (Professional): Trendyol payments are pulled from the current account statement, invoices are marked paid and returns reversed.

For payout matching you also connect Trendyol on the Connections screen in pre-accounting, and your API key needs access to the current account statement. e-document credits are billed separately from your plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes the Trendyol integration?

The store and marketplace connections are in Professional (699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year, VAT included). Pre-accounting is included in the same plan with no separate subscription. The free Starter plan has no store.

What is test mode for?

In test mode stock and prices are calculated and written to the send log but not sent to Trendyol. Incoming orders are only recorded, not imported into your store. You see what would go to each product before going live.

How are products matched with Trendyol?

Trendyol identifies products by barcode. The panel first uses any match you set by hand, otherwise the product's barcode. You can pause a product on the channel or change its channel ID.

Does stock drop on my website when something sells on Trendyol?

Yes. When a Trendyol order is imported, stock for tracked products goes down; because the sale already happened on the channel, it never goes below zero. The new quantity goes to your other channels on the next sync.

How are Trendyol payouts tracked?

If Trendyol is connected in pre-accounting, payment orders are pulled regularly from the current account statement. The invoices of the orders inside are marked paid, commission and shipping deductions are offset, and returns are reversed.

Are my API credentials safe?

Your seller ID, API key and secret are stored encrypted and are never shown again after saving. You get them from the account information section of your Trendyol seller panel.
