How it works

1. Pick an education theme: Start with a course centre, nursery or studio theme.
2. Add courses and the timetable: Enter course name, level, length, fee and syllabus, then weekly lessons with day and time.
3. Turn on pre-registration and trial lessons: Publish the pre-registration form on course pages and the trial lesson booking.
4. Link the enrolment to an invoice: Add the student in pre-accounting, sell a lesson pack and send the invoice with a payment link.

• Courses (Professional): Category, level, length, number of lessons, teacher, fee and a collapsible syllabus; each course gets a page and a pre-registration form.
• Timetable (Professional): A weekly timetable with day, time, teacher, room and level; shown day by day on phones.
• Events (Professional): Workshops and seminars with date, venue, fee, capacity and a registration link or form.
• Teacher profiles: Present your teachers on their own pages with photo, title and subjects.
• Trial lesson booking (Professional): Prospective students pick a course, day and time to ask for a trial lesson.
• Student and parent cards (Professional): Choose education as your profession and services such as private lesson hours, monthly fees and registration fees come ready.
• Lesson packs (Professional): Sell packs such as 10 lessons and deduct one per lesson; the pack is linked to its invoice.
• Card payment link (Professional): Connect your own iyzico account so parents pay the invoice by card and the payment is recorded automatically.

There are no video lessons, student logins or exams; course fees aren't paid directly on the course page. After pre-registration you issue the invoice and send the parent the card payment link.

Frequently asked questions

How do pre-registrations arrive?

The name, phone and chosen course of whoever fills in the form on the course page land on the Requests screen, and you get an email alert. You call them back and update the request's status.

How are lesson packs tracked?

In pre-accounting you add, say, a 10-lesson pack to the student's card; you record a use at each lesson and the remaining lessons show. You get a reminder two lessons before the pack ends. You invoice the pack and record the payment on that invoice.

Can parents pay course fees online?

There's no payment on the course page. Once you connect your own iyzico account, the invoices you issue get a "Pay by card" link; the parent pays by card and the payment is recorded on the invoice automatically.

Which plan do I need?

The website, teacher profiles and contact form are on the free Starter plan. Courses, timetable, events, trial lesson booking and pre-accounting are in Professional: 699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year, VAT included.

Does it suit nurseries or studios?

Yes. There's a theme for nurseries and children's workshops with programmes, a daily routine and a visit request form, and themes for yoga and pilates studios built around the timetable.
