Why it matters
- No waiting for month end: This month, last month, this quarter or this year; the report is calculated the moment you pick the period.
- Know who owes what: Receivable and payable ageing splits overdue amounts into 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days.
- VAT ahead of time: Output, input and net VAT are listed by rate and document by document.
- One file for your accountant: The reports for the chosen period download as one Excel file, one sheet each.
How it works
- Pick a report: Open one from sales, expenses, tax, cash, or stock and balances.
- Set the period: Choose a preset or enter a start and end date.
- Explore the breakdowns: Switch between monthly, customer, product, category, VAT rate or document type; sort and search the table.
- Download or share: Export as Excel, PDF or CSV, and send the accountant pack to your mali müşavir (accountant).
In your company panel
- Sales report (Professional): Sales excluding VAT, VAT and including VAT, by customer, product, category, VAT rate and document type.
- Collections and payments (Professional): What you collected and are due to collect, supplier payments, with ageing, method and account breakdowns.
- Expenses report (Professional): Purchase invoices, receipts and spending by category, supplier, document type and VAT rate.
- Income and expense report (Professional): Income and expenses excluding VAT, gross profit and margin, by month and category.
- VAT report (Professional): Output, input and net VAT, tax base by rate and a document-level list.
- Cash, bank and cash flow (Professional): Opening and closing balance per account, actual cash movement and expected collections and payments in the coming weeks.
- Stock report (Professional): Stock quantity and value per product, low stock, period movements and product sales profitability.
- Account balances (Professional): Customer receivables and supplier payables, with ageing.
- Excel, PDF, CSV and the accountant pack (Professional): Every report exports in three formats; the accountant pack gathers the period's reports in one Excel file.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes reports?
Reports are part of the pre-accounting module and are included in Professional (699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year), Premium and Custom. Pre-accounting is locked on the free Starter plan.
How are the reports calculated?
Cancelled documents are left out and return invoices count as negative. Collections and payments count on the date the money moved; foreign-currency documents aren't added to TL totals and are shown separately.
How do I give data to my accountant?
On the reports home page, pick the period and download the accountant pack. The period's reports come in one Excel file as separate sheets; single reports also export to Excel, PDF or CSV.
Can I read reports on my phone?
Yes. On a phone the tables switch to cards; the period picker, tabs and download buttons stay the same.
Are my website visitor reports here too?
No. The reports screen shows your pre-accounting data. Visitor, page and search data for your website is in the website analytics and SEO screens of the company panel.
