Don't miss a deadline, let the calendar remind you.
The filing and payment days that apply to your company sit in one list. As a deadline gets close you get an e-mail and a phone notification, and you can see your estimated VAT ahead of time.

Why it matters
- Only what applies to you: Sole trader or company, VAT registered or not, staff or no staff: the calendar follows your answers.
- The right last day: A deadline on a weekend or public holiday moves to the next business day, and periods extended by the July fiscal holiday move to their new date.
- No payment surprises: See the estimated VAT from your invoices and a provisional tax profit summary before you file.
- On the same page as your accountant: Each item shows who handles it, and you send the period summary to your mali müşavir (accountant) in one click.
How it works
- Fill in the company profile: Answer the questions on entity type, VAT, insured staff, e-Fatura and e-Defter.
- See your calendar: Upcoming deadlines, days left and a monthly calendar view are ready.
- Pick reminder days: By default 5 days and 1 day before the deadline; you can choose up to four days.
- Mark what's done: Mark a filing as done, and hide items that don't apply to you.
In your company panel
- Personalised obligation list (Professional): VAT, withholding and social security, provisional tax, annual returns, stamp duty, motor vehicle tax, property tax and e-ledger deadlines, based on your profile.
- Deadline shifting (Professional): Weekends, public holidays and the fiscal holiday are applied; deadlines extended by circular are shown as announced.
- E-mail and phone reminders (Professional): Open items arrive in one notification on the days you choose; the e-mail also says where to pay.
- VAT estimate (Professional): Output and input VAT including returns and withholding, a carry-forward hint and a comparison with last month.
- Provisional tax profit summary (Professional): An estimate of the period's profit from net sales and expenses, excluding VAT.
- Add to calendar (Professional): Export the deadlines as an .ics file to your phone or computer calendar.
- Send to my accountant (Professional): E-mail the period summary to your accountant.
- Account reconciliation list (Professional): Customers and suppliers above the threshold in the period; they answer the reconciliation without logging in, and the list exports to CSV.
- e-Fatura threshold warning (Professional): You see a warning when your sales approach or pass the e-Fatura threshold.
The tax calendar and estimates are calculated from your invoices and the profile you enter; they don't replace a filing. Confirm exact amounts and dates with your accountant.
Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes the tax calendar?
The tax calendar is part of the pre-accounting module and is included in Professional (699.99 TL/month or 6,999.90 TL/year), Premium and Custom. Pre-accounting is locked on the free Starter plan.
Will it show items that don't apply to me?
If a profile question is unanswered, the related item shows as "possible". Answer the questions and the calendar gets precise; you can hide an item with "Doesn't apply to me".
What if a deadline falls on a holiday?
A deadline on a weekend or public holiday shows the next business day. Periods ending during the 1–20 July fiscal holiday move to their extended date, and the item says why.
How do reminders arrive?
On the days you pick, open items with an approaching deadline come in one e-mail and one phone notification. The default is 5 days and 1 day before; you can switch reminders off in the profile tab.
How accurate is the VAT estimate?
It uses the sales invoices you issue in the panel and the expenses and incoming invoices you record, including returns and withholding. Documents outside the panel aren't included; your accountant sets the final amount in the return.
