Sessions in the calendar, packages in pre-accounting.

Physiotherapy rarely ends with one visit; it runs as a series. Explain your methods on your website, put the whole session series in the calendar at once, and see how many sessions are left on each package.

Why it matters

How it works

  1. Pick the theme: Start with the free Denge theme; in Premium, the Physio Premium theme or a custom design.
  2. Add methods and team: Service pages such as manual therapy or clinical pilates, plus physiotherapist profiles.
  3. Turn on booking: A date and time booking form in Professional; a per-therapist calendar in Premium.
  4. Set up packages: Create packages such as ten sessions in pre-accounting, sell them to clients and invoice them.

In your company panel

The company panel is not a medical records system; keep assessment and treatment notes separately as health regulations require, and don't write diagnoses or treatments in session notes. Freelance receipts (e-SMM) are not available yet.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need for a physiotherapy website?

The website, the Denge theme, service pages and therapist profiles are in the free Starter plan. The online booking form, pre-accounting and session packages are in Professional (699.99 TL/month); the tracking system with recurring appointments is in Premium (14,999 TL/month).

How do I put a ten-session series in the calendar?

In Premium's appointment tracking system, choose recurring appointment in the new appointment window: weekly or every two weeks, several days, a session count or an end date. A session that falls on a holiday is skipped and added to the end, so ten sessions always stay ten.

How do session packages work?

You define a package in pre-accounting and sell it to a client; each use deducts one session. You link the package to its sales invoice, and payments are recorded on that invoice. When two sessions are left, company owners get a reminder.

What shouldn't I write on the site?

Advertising health services is banned in Turkey: no promised results, superiority claims such as "the best", session prices or discounts, before-after images, or client reviews used for promotion. The title "specialist" is only used for a certified specialty. Ask your professional body or lawyer when unsure.

How is client data protected?

Booking messages only contain the day, time and practice name, never treatment details. Pre-accounting warns health professionals not to write diagnoses or treatments in notes. You can find a person's data on the Personal data screen and export or anonymise it.
