Subscription and billing: plan period, card and bank transfer notice
One plan, two billing periods, two ways to pay. On this screen you can see at a glance where your subscription stands today and what happens next.
In short
- The subscription screen is the Subscription & billing tab in Settings (/settings?tab=billing) and is only available to the Owner and Admin roles.
- Heyşirket comes as a single plan: 199,99 TL per month or 1.999 TL per year. Every new company starts a 14-day free trial by saving a card; the card is verified with a refunded 1 TL charge, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- Your card is stored securely by iyzico, and the selected amount is charged automatically at the end of each period. Heyşirket doesn't store your card number or CVC.
- If there's a problem paying by card (for example, the card is declined), the Bank transfer / EFT notice section opens; you make the transfer and fill in the form, and your subscription is updated once the finance team matches it to the bank transaction.
- The End subscription at period end option turns off auto-renewal; your access continues until the end of the period.
On the morning your trial ends, the last thing you want is an orange banner across the top of the screen. The good news: this screen tells you up front when that banner will appear and how to make it go away.
In this guide you'll learn how to choose a billing period, add a card, report a bank transfer and end your subscription at the end of a period. At the end, we'll also work out exactly how much the yearly plan saves you.
Part 1 · Tour What's on this screen?
The subscription and billing screen brings together your billing period, subscription status, saved payment method, bank transfer notices and payment history on one page. When a subscription alert appears at the top of the portal, the Manage subscription link next to it brings you here as well.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Plan cards | The Monthly and Yearly periods and their prices; the selected one is highlighted. |
| Summary boxes | Trial ends or Next renewal, Last successful payment and Auto-renewal status. |
| Payment method | Whether a card is saved; the Add card and Change card buttons; the last 4 digits of the card if one is saved. A saved card can't be removed, only replaced. |
| Bank transfer / EFT notice | A short form to fill in if you paid by bank transfer. |
| History | The Bank transfer notices, Payment history and Service invoice status lists. |
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trial / Trial · card saved | Your 14-day free trial is running. The trial starts when you save a card; when it ends, the selected amount is charged automatically to the saved card. |
| Active | Your subscription is paid and running. |
| Payment pending | The renewal payment couldn't be collected or the period has expired; your access stays open for a few days. Update your card or pay now. |
| Access disabled | The subscription has ended or been canceled. |
Part 2 · Hands-on Starting your subscription step by step
Subscribing with a card step by step
Open the subscription tab
Click Settings in the profile menu, then the Subscription & billing tab on the left. Your subscription status is shown next to the heading.
Choose a billing period
Click the Monthly or Yearly card. During the trial this changes the period of your first charge; on an active subscription it changes the period of your next renewal.
Read the agreements
Click the Add card button. The window that opens contains the User Agreement, Preliminary Information Form, Distance Service Agreement and Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy; once you've read them, click Continue to card details.
Enter your card details
Type the name on the card, the card number, the expiry date and the CVC, then click Save card. The card is stored securely by iyzico, and Heyşirket only shows the last 4 digits. If you're still in your trial, nothing is charged today.
Check the result
The card box shows your card brand and last 4 digits, and the Auto-renewal box shows On along with the amount to be charged. If your period has already expired, the amount is charged right away and your access is restored.
Part 3 · The math Monthly or yearly?
The yearly period means paying for the same plan up front for less than twelve monthly payments would cost. The difference looks small, but over a year it adds up to roughly two months' fees.
| Monthly period × 12 months | 199,99 TL × 12 = 2.399,88 TL |
|---|---|
| Yearly period | 1.999,00 TL |
| Yearly savings | 400,88 TL |
These are the list prices of Heyşirket's single plan. e-Document credits aren't included in these amounts; they're priced separately by your provider.
Part 4 · Bank transfer What should I do if I pay by bank transfer?
A bank transfer notice is a short record you leave so the finance team can match the payment you made through your bank to your subscription. The system fixes the amount based on the selected plan, so you don't need to enter it.
Bank transfer / EFT is a fallback that opens when there's a problem with card payment (when the card is declined or can't be verified). Payments are normally charged automatically to your saved card.
- Enter the name on the bank account in the Sender full name / legal name field.
- Select the day you made the transfer in the Transfer date field.
- Optionally, add the bank reference in the Description / reference (optional) field.
- Click the Send … bank transfer notice button, which shows the amount.
Your notice appears in the Bank transfer notices list as Under review. Once it's matched to the bank transaction, the status changes to Matched and your subscription is updated.
If your notice shows as Rejected, check that the sender name and transfer date on the notice match your bank receipt. If needed, email info@heysirket.com with the receipt, and the finance team will match your payment again.
Part 5 · Changes Updating your card and ending your subscription
To change your saved card, click Change card and enter the new card; the old card is removed from iyzico. The new card is also verified with a refunded 1 TL charge. Because a subscription always runs on a card, a saved card can't be removed; if you don't want to renew, use the Turn off auto-renewal button.
If payment can't be collected on the renewal date, the status changes to Payment pending and you'll get an email notification. The charge is retried once a day for three days, and your access stays open during that time. If it still doesn't go through, access is closed; you can update your card and click pay now to restore it right away.
If you don't want to continue, click Turn off auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is turned off and your access continues until the last day of the period. If you change your mind, a Turn on auto-renewal button appears in the same place.
Part 6 · Why it matters The big picture: subscription expenses and service invoices
A software subscription is a business expense and should be recorded with its supporting document. The Service invoice status list on the screen shows the status of the service invoice issued for each payment (such as Queued for issuing or Issued).
Keeping these documents alongside your other expenses makes month-end closing easier. We explain how to record expense documents in the how to enter an expense guide, and the costs on the e-Document side in the e-Document connection guide.
The Service invoice status list at the bottom of the Subscription & billing tab shows the number and status of the service invoice issued for each payment. You can add the document to your expense records and pass it on to your accountant.
How long is the trial?
Every new company workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. The end date is shown in the summary box as Trial ends.
Does Heyşirket store my card details?
No. Your card number and CVC aren't stored by Heyşirket; the card is kept securely by iyzico (Card Storage). Heyşirket only stores the card token issued by iyzico and the last 4 digits, and uses that token to charge at renewal.
Are e-Fatura credits included in the subscription?
No. e-Document credits are separate from the subscription and priced by the provider you connect to.
I have more than one company. Do I need a separate subscription for each?
Yes. Each company workspace has its own subscription, and each new company starts with its own 14-day trial.
My access was closed. What happens to my data?
The subscription screen stays available even when access is closed. Once you add your card (or click pay now with your saved card) and pay the current amount, your access is restored right away.
