Clients look for trust first, then a booking.

Describe your areas of work, your approach and how sessions run on a calm website. Booking requests, session packages and invoices sit in the same company panel, and messages never mention what a client comes for.

Why it matters

How it works

  1. Build your site: About, areas of work, FAQ and contact pages with the Denge or Kişisel theme.
  2. Keep the form simple: Name, phone and a suitable time are enough on the booking form; don't ask about the client's issue there.
  3. Turn on booking: A date and time form in Professional, the tracking system with recurring appointments in Premium.
  4. Define session packages: Create individual or couples session packages in pre-accounting, sell them and invoice them.

In your company panel

The company panel is not a client file or session notes system; don't keep session content in the panel or in invoice notes. There is no video call tool, so you send the online session link from the tool you use. Freelance receipts (e-SMM) are not available yet.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need for a psychologist website?

The website, the Denge and Kişisel themes, articles and FAQ are in the free Starter plan. The online booking form, pre-accounting and session packages are in Professional (699.99 TL/month); the tracking system with recurring appointments is in Premium (14,999 TL/month).

What should a psychologist's website avoid?

No promised results, no superiority claims such as "the best", no client reviews used for promotion and no discount language. Only use the title your degree supports (psychologist, clinical psychologist, counsellor). Health service promotion rules in Turkey and your professional body's ethics apply; ask them or a lawyer when unsure.

Do booking messages show client details?

No. Messages are off by default; when you turn them on, reminders and confirmations only show the day, time and your name. The topic of the session or any treatment detail never goes into a message.

What should I do about client data under KVKK?

Mental health information is special category data under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law. Publish a privacy notice, don't ask about the issue in forms, and don't keep session content in the panel or invoice notes. If someone makes a request, find their data on the Personal data screen and export or anonymise it.

Do I enter weekly sessions one by one?

In Premium's appointment tracking system you create a weekly or fortnightly series with recurring appointments, choosing a session count or end date. In Professional, bookings are handled one by one as requests from your website.
