Connecting an İsimtescil domain to your Heyşirket site
Have a .com.tr domain? You don't need to transfer it to connect it. Add a few DNS records in the İsimtescil panel and let Heyşirket handle verification.
In short
- First, add your domain without www in the Heyşirket panel under Settings › Domains.
- On İsimtescil, records are usually added in the domain's DNS management section; menu names may vary.
- .tr domains are connected the same way; you don't need to transfer the domain to connect it.
- If the domain points to different nameservers, add the records with that provider instead.
İsimtescil is a well-known registrar, especially for .tr domains. If your domain is registered there, you don't need a transfer to connect it to your Heyşirket site; updating your DNS records is enough. For the general approach, take a look at connecting your own domain.
Part 1 Preparation: get your records table
Add your domain in the panel
Settings › Domains › Add domain. Example: ornekklinik.com.tr (without www). www is connected automatically too.
Note down the table
The panel shows CNAME and TXT rows: Name (Host) and Value (Target). Copy the values with the copy button.
Part 2 About .tr domains
Extensions such as .com.tr and .net.tr are pointed with DNS records just like any other domain. The difference lies in the registration and renewal rules; the connection steps are the same. The one thing to watch: don't enter the full domain in the Host field. In most panels you only type @ or www, and the panel fills in the rest.
Part 3 Add the records in the İsimtescil panel
Open DNS management
In your İsimtescil account, select your domain and open the section usually called "DNS Yönetimi" (DNS Management) or something similar. Names may change with panel updates.
Check the nameservers
If the domain doesn't use İsimtescil's own DNS servers (for example, it points to a hosting provider or Cloudflare), you need to add the records there.
Remove old records
Delete any A, AAAA or CNAME records for @ and www.
Add the CNAME and TXT records
A CNAME for www (value: the target shown in the panel), and a TXT record for each TXT row in the table. TTL can stay at the default.
Sort out the root
If the panel doesn't accept a CNAME at the root (@), look for an ALIAS/ANAME option; if there isn't one, use one of the options below.

Part 4 Verify
Click Refresh status in the Heyşirket panel. The status moves from Pending → Verifying → Active; propagation can take from 5 minutes to 24 hours. If you see Error, read the explanation in the panel; most of the time the cause is an old record that wasn't deleted.

Do I need documents to connect my .com.tr domain?
No. Documents are only required at registration; connecting a domain you already own via DNS doesn't require anything extra.
Do I need to transfer my domain away from İsimtescil?
No. The domain stays with İsimtescil, and you keep renewing it there.
How many domains can I connect?
The Starter plan includes 1 custom domain for free. You can see your usage at the top of the Domains screen in the panel.
