Connect your Natro domain to your Heyşirket site
Is your Natro domain on its own, or is it tied to a hosting package? That decides where you enter the records. The rest is a few rounds of copy and paste.
In short
- First add your domain in the Heyşirket panel under Settings › Domains; that's where your records table appears.
- On Natro, records are usually added in the domain's DNS management section; menu names may change as Natro updates its panel.
- If the domain is tied to Natro hosting, its DNS may be managed in the hosting panel (cPanel Zone Editor or Plesk).
- If you can't add a CNAME at the root, moving your DNS to free Cloudflare is the cleanest fix.
Natro is one of the most popular domain and hosting providers in Türkiye. If your domain is with Natro, you don't need to move your account to connect it to your Heyşirket site; you only add a few DNS records. We cover the general idea in connecting your own domain; this guide focuses on what's specific to Natro.
Part 1 Get your records from the Heyşirket panel
Add your domain
In the site panel, go to Settings › Domains › Add domain. Type the domain without www (e.g. ornekklinik.com).
Keep the table open
The panel shows a table with Type, Name (Host) and Value (Target) columns. In the guide section, choose the "Other provider (GoDaddy, Natro, İsimtescil…)" tab.
Part 2 Where are the DNS records on Natro?
There are two possible setups here, and knowing which one you have saves time.
| Your setup | Where you enter the records |
|---|---|
| Domain only (no hosting) | The DNS management section for your domain in the Natro customer panel (usually called "DNS Management" or "DNS Records") |
| Domain tied to a Natro hosting package | In the hosting control panel (Zone Editor in cPanel, DNS settings in Plesk) |
| Nameservers point to another provider (e.g. Cloudflare) | Records are added at that provider; changes on Natro won't take effect |
Part 3 Add the records
Delete conflicting records
Delete any old A, AAAA or CNAME records using the names in the table (@ or www). Domains tied to hosting usually have ready-made A records for @ and www.
CNAME for www
Type: CNAME, Name: www, Value: the target shown in the panel. If the DNS panel expects a trailing dot, add a dot at the end of the target.
TXT records
Add every TXT row in the table by copying its Name and Value. You can leave the TTL field at its default.
For the root (@)
If you can't add a CNAME on the root domain, see the options below.
Part 4 Verification and waiting
Once you've saved the records, click Refresh status in the Heyşirket panel. With providers like Natro, changes can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours to propagate. When the status shows Active, your site opens on your domain with SSL.
Checklist
- Records were added where the nameservers point
- Old A/AAAA/CNAME records for @ and www were deleted
- The target value was copied from the panel
- All TXT records were added
- MX records were left untouched
Will I keep my Natro hosting?
Once you point your domain to your Heyşirket site, your website is served by Heyşirket. You can keep using your hosting package for email; whether you renew it is up to you.
I added the records but the status still says Pending.
Make sure the records were added where your nameservers point and that the old A record was deleted; wait a few hours and click Refresh status again.
Do I need to transfer my domain away from Natro?
No. Your domain stays with Natro; you only change its DNS records.
Open your records table Add your domain and copy the records you'll enter on Natro. Open Domains
