Connect your Turhost domain to your Heyşirket site
If your Turhost account also has hosting and email alongside your domain, it matters to switch without breaking anything. Your website moves to Heyşirket, your email stays where it is.
In short
- Add your domain in the Heyşirket panel under Settings › Domains and get your records table.
- If your Turhost domain is tied to a hosting package, DNS is usually managed in the hosting control panel (cPanel or Plesk).
- Only change your website records; don't touch MX or mail records.
- If you can't add a CNAME at the root, use ALIAS/ANAME, Cloudflare or connect on a subdomain.
Many businesses on Turhost keep their domain, hosting and business email in one place. When you move your site to Heyşirket, the goal is simple: point the website records to Heyşirket and leave the email records completely alone. For the basics, see connecting your own domain.
Part 1 Get your records table
In the site panel, go to Settings › Domains › Add domain and add your domain without www. The panel gives you a table with Type, Name (Host) and Value (Target) columns; always copy the target value from the panel.
Part 2 Where will you manage DNS?
| Your Turhost setup | Where you add the records |
|---|---|
| Domain + hosting package | Usually the hosting control panel: Zone Editor in cPanel, DNS settings in Plesk |
| Domain only | The DNS management section for your domain in the Turhost customer panel |
| Nameservers at another provider | That provider's DNS panel |
Part 3 Add the records step by step
Note your current records
Before you change anything, take a screenshot of the records list. If something goes wrong, it's much easier to roll back.
Delete the website records
Delete any A, AAAA or CNAME records using the names in the table (@ and www). On hosting, www is usually a CNAME to the root, and the root is an A record pointing to the server.
CNAME for www
Type CNAME, Name www, Value the target shown in the panel. If Zone Editor expects a trailing dot, add one.
TXT records
Add every TXT row in the table.
Connect the root
If a CNAME isn't supported at the root, look for ALIAS/ANAME; otherwise move your DNS to Cloudflare or connect the site on a subdomain.
Part 4 Verification
After saving, click Refresh status in the Heyşirket panel. Propagation takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours. When the status shows Active, your site opens on your domain with SSL, and visitors no longer see the site on your old hosting.
Can I cancel my Turhost hosting package?
If your email runs on the same package, don't cancel it before moving your email somewhere else. If you only used it for your website, you no longer need it.
Pages from my old site are still on Google. What should I do?
In the Heyşirket panel, use the SEO › Redirects screen to redirect old addresses to your new pages.
The status shows Error.
Usually the old A record wasn't deleted or the record was added in the wrong panel. Check your nameservers again.
Add your domain Copy the records you'll enter on Turhost from the panel. Open Domains
