Logging in to the site panel: yourname.heysirket.com/admin and your own address
Heyşirket has two separate doors: the site panel for your website, and the portal for pre-accounting and customer support. Knowing which one does what saves you time.
In short
- Every site's panel lives at its own address: yourname.heysirket.com/admin.
- If you connected your own domain, yourdomain.com/admin also opens only your site's panel.
- If you can't remember your address, enter your site name or email at heysirket.com/en/site-login.
- portal.heysirket.com is for pre-accounting and customer support; the site panel is for your website.
- Both logins are under "Sign in" in the heysirket.com top menu.
- You invite team members from Settings › Team; everyone signs in with their own account.
You've built your site, and a few days later you want to add a post or update your phone number. Where do you log in? Short answer: your site's own address, yourname.heysirket.com/admin. If you don't know the address, heysirket.com/en/site-login. The long answer is below.

For businesses that use both, the Sign in menu in the heysirket.com top bar shows the two addresses side by side. If you went through the wrong door, just switch from the menu.
Part 2 Site panel login addresses
- yourname.heysirket.com/admin: add /admin to your site's free address; only your site's panel opens.
- yourdomain.com/admin: if you connected your own domain (Settings › Domains), adding /admin to your site's address also opens only that site's panel.
- heysirket.com/en/site-login: if you can't remember your address, enter your site name to go straight to your panel, or enter your email to receive your login addresses.
Part 3 When signing in
Email and password
Sign in with the email address you registered with and your password.
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen; the steps to set a new password arrive at your email address.
Dashboard
After signing in, the Dashboard opens: setup steps, visitor summary and new requests are here.
Part 4 Team and security
In Settings › Team you invite users, and in the Roles and permissions tab you decide who can see which section. For your own account's security, check My account › Security and sessions; you'll see your open sessions there.
Account security
- Choose a password for the panel that you don't use anywhere else
- Sign out when you're done on a shared computer
- Remove employees who leave from the Team screen
- Change your password if you see a session you don't recognize

Can I log in to the site panel with my portal password?
The site panel and the portal are separate applications; you sign in to the site panel with your site panel account.
I have several sites. How do I switch?
Each site opens at its own panel address: /admin on your own domain shows only that site. If you have several sites, sign in to each from its own address.
Can I log in from my phone?
Yes. The panel works on phones too; just open the same address in your phone's browser.
