How do you build a free website? Step by step with Heyşirket
You don't need an agency, hosting or coding skills to get a website. Pick your name, design your site and put it live the same day; setup is free.

Part 1 What kind of site can you build?
You choose the site type that fits your business, and you can expand it later with more content and sections.

Part 2 Pick your site name
On the sign-up page, you create your account with your email address and choose a name for your site. That name becomes your site's free address, for example ornekklinik.heysirket.com. Pick a name that's short, easy to read and reflects your business; don't use Turkish characters or spaces.
- Good: ornekklinik, kayaaile-hukuk, mavikafe
- Avoid: long phrases, strings of numbers, another brand's name
- Reserved names such as www, portal, panel, api, admin, mail, blog, destek and yardim can't be taken.

Part 3 Design your site
Your first design pass
Check the dashboard
When you log in to the panel, the Dashboard opens. The setup guide lists your missing steps (logo, contact details, first pages) in order.
Open Customize
The Design › Customize screen opens full screen in a new tab. Settings are on the left, a live preview of your site on the right.
Logo, colors and fonts
Upload your logo and site icon, choose your brand color and try one of the ready-made font pairings.
Menu and homepage
Edit the pages in your menu; reorder, show and hide your homepage sections. Details: homepage sections.
Publish
When you're happy, click Publish; your changes go live on your site right away.
Part 4 Connect your own domain if you like
Your site is live on its subdomain right away. If you have a domain like ornekklinik.com, add it on the Settings › Domains screen and enter two or three records in your registrar's DNS panel; the panel handles verification and the SSL certificate on its own. Before going live
- Logo and site icon are uploaded
- Phone, email and address are correct
- The contact form sends notifications to your own email
- You've opened the site on your phone at least once
- Titles and descriptions for search engines are written (SEO › SEO settings)
Free sites show a small "Made with Heyşirket" badge in the footer; the Professional plan removes it. To compare plans, see the Pricing page.
Is setting up a site really free?
Yes. On the Starter plan, site setup, a subdomain and connecting 1 custom domain are free. For advanced features, you can move to the Professional or Agency plan.
Do I need to buy hosting or SSL?
No. Your site is published on Heyşirket's infrastructure; when you connect your own domain, the SSL certificate is set up automatically.
Can I change my site type later?
You can expand your site by adding pages and sections. For plan-based features like a store, just upgrade your plan.
Where do I log in to my site's admin panel?
Log in at your site's own address, yourname.heysirket.com/admin, or, if you've connected your own domain, at yourdomain.com/admin. If you don't know the address, use heysirket.com/en/site-login. Details: our article on logging in to the site panel.
