Starter, Professional and Agency: how the website plans differ
You build your website for free; when and why you upgrade depends on the size of your business. This article puts the plans side by side.
In short
- Starter is free: website, subdomain, 1 custom domain, live customizer, form submissions, core SEO, visitor summary and Leylek (30 questions a month).
- Professional is 500 TL/month or 5,000 TL/year: page builder, reviews, online booking, lead management, detailed analytics and SEO reports, and a badge-free site.
- Agency is 1,990 TL/month: online store, multilingual site, theme builder, WhatsApp notifications, competitor tracking, custom code, white-label panel and API.
- Prices include KDV (VAT); features outside your plan appear locked in the panel and can be unlocked from Settings › My plan and billing.
Everyone on Heyşirket sees the same panel. Your plan only determines which features are switched on; a feature outside your plan shows up in the menu with a lock icon, and clicking it opens an upgrade card explaining what it does. That way you can see what you're missing and upgrade when you need it.

Starter: for those just getting started who want a showcase site
For freelancers, new businesses and anyone getting online for the first time. You build your site, publish it on your subdomain or your own domain, and receive inquiries through your contact form. Free sites carry a small “Made with Heyşirket” badge in the footer.
Professional: for those who want to win more customers
For clinics, salons, consultants and service businesses that work by appointment. Online booking, review collection, lead management and detailed SEO reports turn your site into a customer-winning tool. Paying yearly at 5,000 TL gets you two months free compared with paying monthly.
Agency: for businesses that sell online, go multilingual or run several brands
For businesses and agencies that want to sell products from their site, reach international audiences in several languages or build a fully custom design. The online store is only available in this plan; for details, see getting started with e-commerce.
Part 3 How do you upgrade?

Start using the features
Locked menus open up; you can browse the new features under Features › Feature catalog.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Building your site, publishing it at a <name>.heysirket.com subdomain and connecting 1 custom domain are free on the Starter plan.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, the prices shown include KDV (VAT). Current prices are on the Pricing page.
If I downgrade, will my content be deleted?
Your plan only determines whether features are switched on; a locked feature becomes usable again once it's unlocked. For details, you can open a support ticket.
Is pre-accounting included in these plans?
No. Heyşirket pre-accounting is a separate, paid product; you can try it free for 14 days.
