Collecting customer reviews: link, QR code and showing them on your site
A real customer review is more convincing than anything your website could say. The hard part is asking; the panel boils it down to a single link.
In short
- Customer reviews are managed on the Features › Reviews screen and are included in the Professional plan.
- Share your review link via WhatsApp, email or SMS, and put the QR code at your checkout or in your waiting area.
- Incoming reviews go to an approval queue first; the ones you approve appear on your site.
- The best time to ask for a review is right when the job is done and the customer is happy.
Before choosing you, a new customer usually checks what others have to say. But happy customers rarely write reviews on their own; they need to be asked. The Reviews screen in the Heyşirket site panel ties asking for, collecting and displaying reviews into a single flow.
- Share the link — WhatsApp, email, QR
- Customer writes — Short form
- You approve — Approval queue
- Shown on your site — Reviews section
Part 1 Your review collection link
In the panel, open Features › Reviews. The Collect reviews section contains your own link and QR code. Customers who open the link leave a rating and write their review in a short form made just for your site.
Sharing the link
Copy the link
Copy the link from the Share your link section.
Send it at the right moment
Send it with a short thank-you message when the job is delivered, the appointment is over or the product has arrived.
Use the QR code on site
If you have a physical location, print the QR code and place it at the checkout, in the waiting area or in the invoice envelope.
Part 2 The approval queue
Every incoming review goes to the approval queue first; it doesn't appear on your site until you approve it. This lets you filter out abusive or irrelevant content. Approved reviews are listed under Published reviews, where you can remove them if needed. The screen also shows your rating distribution.
Part 3 Showing reviews on your site
The reviews you approve appear in your site's reviews section. The screen includes a preview of how reviews will look on your site, along with display settings. Placing the reviews section right below your services on the homepage catches visitors at the moment they're making a decision; for ordering, see homepage sections.
If you'd like to show your ratings from other platforms such as Google, the Features › Platform ratings screen displays them as badges on your site. It's also part of the Professional plan.
Part 4 Rules for honest reviews
- Don't write reviews yourself or have someone write them for you; only publish reviews from real customers.
- Promising a discount or gift in exchange for a review lowers the credibility of your reviews.
- Think twice before publishing a customer's full name or contact details in a review.
Which plan includes reviews?
Customer reviews are included in the Professional plan. On the Starter plan the screen appears locked; to upgrade, see Settings › My plan and billing. Plan prices are on the Pricing page.
Can I delete a bad review?
You can choose not to publish a review in the approval queue, and you can remove a published one. Replying to fair criticism often works better than deleting it.
Where should I use the QR code?
Wherever the customer finishes their visit: at the checkout, in the waiting area, in the delivery package or in the invoice envelope.
